For the first time in Philadelphia, violinist Giora Schmidt and his mother, pianist Michal Schmidt, will perform three of Beethoven's violin sonatas: Sonata in C minor (no. 7), "Spring" Sonata (no. 5), and "Kreutzer" Sonata (no. 9).
