Join  Soroptimist International of Rittenhouse Square for the culmination of a poetry contest held to benefit the Live Your Dream Award, a $1,000 award for a single mother who wants to go back to school after experienceing hardships.

 

The evening features readings by contest winner Lisa Grunberger, finalists Iréne Mathieu and Julia Blumenreich, contest judge J.C. Todd, and poet/artist MaryAnn L. Miller. The prize, a custom broadsheet of the winning submission by Miller, will be available for purchase, as will be books by the featured poets.

 

Wine and hors d'oeuvres will be served.
