Description:
“Love Free or Die” tells the story of Gene Robinson, the first openly gay person to become a bishop in the historic traditions of Christendom. His consecration in 2003, to which he wore a bullet-proof vest, caused an international stir, and he has lived with death threats every day since.
The screenings are being co-hosted by: Equality Pennsylvania, GALAEI, Old Pine Street Presbyterian Church, PFLAG Philadelphia, St. mark’s Church, St. Peter’s Church, St. Stephen’s Church, The Church of the Crucifixion, The Church of St. Luke and the Epiphany, Trinity Memorial Episcopal Church, William Way Community Center and Yes! Coalition.
