Musicians/composers Chris Forsyth and Jesse Kudler premiere a site-specific work created during a fall 2015 residency at Christ Church. Using acoustic guitars, electronics, church organ, recordings, and more, Forsyth and Kudler will distill the outcome of their research and collaboration, which will occur over many weeks in Christ Church and with the Christ Church community.  Synthesizing the voices of two distinct Philadelphia experimental music veterans and the resonance of a National Historic Landmark, this special event will surprise fans of all three.

 

On November 7, doors are at 7:00pm, performance at 8:00pm. The performance is preceded by an open rehearsal in Christ Church, 1:00-5:00pm.
