Description:
Join acclaimed mask designer Aaron Cromie for a five-day (15 hours of instruction) evening course in the art of mask making. Participants will make plaster "positive" casts of their faces, sculpt full mask designs in clay, mold the results in paper maché and learn paint application--all the basic skills needed for your mask making practice.
Each night is dedicated to a specific phase in the mask making process; participants must be present for all classes (with some flexibility in the Friday evening schedule).
